<\/a><\/p>\n\u00a0Ingredients:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n1 medium-sized orange<\/span><\/p>\n375 ml \/ 12\u00bdfl oz of water<\/span><\/p>\n80 g \/ 2\u00be oz of powdered sugar<\/span><\/p>\n300 g \/ 10\u00bd oz of couscous<\/span><\/p>\n30 g \/ 1 oz of butter<\/span><\/p>\n2 tsp of rose water<\/span><\/p>\n\u00bd tsp of cinnamon<\/span><\/p>\n60 g \/ 2 oz of dried figs, chopped<\/span><\/p>\n50 g \/ 1\u00be oz of fresh or grilled (non salted) pistachios, chopped<\/span><\/p>\n200 g \/ 7 oz of yoghurt<\/span><\/p>\nmint leaves to taste<\/span><\/p>\n* \u00a0* \u00a0* \u00a0* \u00a0*<\/span><\/p>\nFinely grind two teaspoons of orange zest. Cut the orange into thin slices (keep the juice!) and place them in a bowl.<\/span><\/p>\nIn a pot heat the water with the sugar and the leftover orange juice from the previously sliced orange at medium heat. As soon as the sugar has dissolved, bring the liquid to a boil.<\/span><\/p>\nMix the couscous with the liquid, butter, rose water, cinnamon and orange zest in a bowl. Cover and let it rest for 5 min.<\/span><\/p>\nAs soon as all the water has been absorbed, fluff up the couscous grains with a fork. Then fold in the figs and half amount of the pistachios.<\/span><\/p>\nServe in small bowls.
