These are the first strawberries that I bought since last summer. Quite a long wait, that I had to reward with one of my favorite desserts. And this is only the beginning of many more yummy crumble recipes that will follow ;)<\/span><\/p>\n

The varieties of fruits that can be combined with it are countless! \u00a0And all you need is 20 min to clean and chop the fruit, and to prepare the crumble!<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0STRAWBERRY CRUMBLE WITH ALMONDS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Ingredients:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

400 g \/ 14 oz of fresh strawberries<\/span><\/p>\n

2 tsp of vanilla sugar<\/span><\/p>\n

For the crumble:<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

50 g \/ 1\u00be oz of flour<\/span><\/p>\n

40 g \/ 1\u00bd oz of sugar<\/span><\/p>\n

40 g \/ 1\u00bd oz of butter (room temperature)<\/span><\/p>\n

2 full tbsp of chopped almonds<\/span><\/p>\n

* \u00a0* \u00a0* \u00a0* \u00a0*<\/span><\/p>\n

Preheat the oven at 200\u00b0C \/ 392\u00b0F.<\/span><\/p>\n

Clean and chop the strawberries. Mix well with the vanilla sugar. <\/span><\/p>\n

Lay the strawberries into the previously buttered ramekins.<\/span><\/p>\n

Place the flour, sugar, butter and chopped almonds into a bowl and mix well with your hand.<\/span><\/p>\n

Make little crumbs with your fingers and sprinkle them on top of the strawberries.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bake for about 30min until the crumble is brown and crunchy.<\/span><\/p>\n

Prep Time: 50min<\/span><\/p>\n
