This is another recipe to be added to the quick and easy ones! And besides being simple to make, it includes strawberries! Doesn’t that speak for itself? :)
These are the first strawberries that I bought since last summer. Quite a long wait, that I had to reward with one of my favorite desserts. And this is only the beginning of many more yummy crumble recipes that will follow ;)
The varieties of fruits that can be combined with it are countless! And all you need is 20 min to clean and chop the fruit, and to prepare the crumble!

STRAWBERRY CRUMBLE WITH ALMONDS
Ingredients:
400 g / 14 oz of fresh strawberries
2 tsp of vanilla sugar
For the crumble:
50 g / 1¾ oz of flour
40 g / 1½ oz of sugar
40 g / 1½ oz of butter (room temperature)
2 full tbsp of chopped almonds

Preheat the oven at 200°C / 392°F.
Clean and chop the strawberries. Mix well with the vanilla sugar.
Lay the strawberries into the previously buttered ramekins.
Place the flour, sugar, butter and chopped almonds into a bowl and mix well with your hand.
Make little crumbs with your fingers and sprinkle them on top of the strawberries.
Bake for about 30min until the crumble is brown and crunchy.
Prep Time: 50min
Serves 4 small-sized ramekins
